All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

If you do not accept the above conditions, you can request return of money and it will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.
E-TICKET(Print@home): Your PDF tickets will be sent to email. Also, immediately after ordering, you can download your PDF tickets from the site, on the final page of the ordering. Keep your tickets carefully after printing and bring the printed ticket to the event.
VOUCHER(CODE): Voucher is not the ticket!Your tickets can be picked upusing the unique voucher code, which you receive after completing your online purchase.
Return / exchange of tickets:
It is not possible to return or exchange already purchased tickets, except in case of a canceled event. In the event is canceled, the ticket will be canceled and money will be returned to the account from which the payment was made. In the event of a refund, the amount of the ticket price will be refunded to the buyer excluding any service charges.
In the event of cancellation, delay, or any other program changes, no refunds shall be made for contingent expenses (e.g., transport, hotel accommodation, delivery costs, etc.).

For all disputes that can not be settled by mutual agreement, the court in Belgrade is competent.
